Saxophonist Greg Wall is the leader of several groups including Greg Wall's Simcha All-Stars, Klezmerfest, Greg Wall's Unity Orchestra, and is co-leader of Hasidic New Wave with Frank London. He has performed and recorded with The Wall/London Band, Neshama Carlebach, the Hi-Tops, Kenny Barron, the Cybernetic Saxophone Quartet, Miroslav Vitous, D. Sharpe, Bill Frisell, Billy Hart, Kolos, the Jazz Vultures, the Piamenta Band, Avantango, and has made many session appearances for record dates and film scores. He was the musical voice of James Earl Jones in the feature film "On the QT" and has been composer in residence for the Carolyn Dorfman Dance company since 1999, resulting in a “Meyne Mentchen” (2000-2001) and the recently premiered electronic score, “Echad” (2002). His most recent releases include "From The Belly of Abraham" with Hasidic New Wave together with Senegalese master drummers Yakar Rhythms, “Ani Shelach”, with Neshama Carlebach, “Unauthorized’, with Dave’s True Story, KlezmerFest's "Party Music"and the score to “Meyne Mentchen.”
